We operate a free-standing parking system in our parking lot. This means you can park anywhere based on your subscription. For example, parking space renters are not supposed to park in a van space.
03
In principle, there should always be parking available. If the regular parking spaces are occupied, you can park a conventional car in an electric parking space, and vice versa. We assume this will be for a short period.
04
Absolutely! We have 13 charging stations available in the parking lot. And if you're unable to charge and it's causing an inconvenience, please let us know immediately. We'll add more charging stations. If you don't want to charge, you can also park your car in a regular spot without a charging station.
05
We strive to ensure everyone can charge when needed. Therefore, we ask our tenants to park their electric vehicles in a regular spot when they're not charging. This frees up space for others to charge. This allows us to accommodate more people with fewer charging stations. If a tenant repeatedly experiences a shortage of charging stations, please report it immediately. We'll then install more charging stations shortly.
06
We've installed over 1600m² of solar panels on the roof of our parking garage. So your charging session is 100% green when the sun shines.
