House rules

By entering the parking facility, the user agrees to comply with the house rules displayed at each entrance.

The following rules, among others, apply:

• The tenant is hereby informed that a limited number of narrower parking spaces are available. These are mainly located in the side aisles next to the columns. It is possible that the tenant will need to park in a narrow space. We ask all tenants to park carefully. Owners of smaller cars are encouraged to use narrow spaces, while larger cars should occupy wider spaces.

• It is strictly forbidden to wash, clean, polish, or repair vehicles (or have them washed, cleaned, polished, or repaired) in the parking facility.

• Only the type of vehicle intended for a specific parking space may be parked there. For example, only passenger cars may park in passenger car spaces, and only cargo bikes in cargo bike spaces.

• Parking spaces may not be used to store vehicles for a continuous period longer than one month (for example, oldtimers). If longer storage is desired, a specific arrangement must be made with the parking operator, and a higher fee will apply.

• The user must always leave the parking area in a clean and proper condition and remove all belongings and waste. Illegal dumping will result in a fine of €250.

• Smoking is not permitted.

• The parking owner reserves the right to unilaterally amend the house rules. The contract itself cannot be amended unilaterally.

• In case of violation of these rules, the parking owner has the right to terminate the contract unilaterally.
